Wage & Income Transcript
Shows data from information returns we receive such as Forms W-2, 1098, 1099, and 5498.
The transcript is limited to approximately 85 income documents. If you have more documents than that, the transcript will not generate.
Embedded Files
• From the account home, click TAX RECORDS in the top banner menu
• Click "GET TRANSCRIPT" on the right hand side
• Select Reason: Mortgage Related
• Customer File Number: leave this blank
• There are 4 boxes with headings - under the heading for Wage & Income Transcript, click on the corresponding years to download and save each report.
